Looking for a creative and dynamic class for your homeschooler? Want to add a fun and educational art curriculum to your homeschooling week, with sensory science experiments and inventing, too? This is the class for you! Students learn the fundamentals of art through a fun, challenging, and experiential curriculum. Children develop a personal art practice by growing their artistic skill set, learning about the history of art, and experimenting with a wide variety of materials. Guided by engaging themes and lessons each week, children build on their growing skills and understanding of the elements of art to design their own creative compositions and gain confidence as artists. Lessons focus on observation, experimentation, and imagination. Art materials include pastels, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic paint, pen & ink, clay, & more!
